After deciding to upgarde from an apartment to a much needed townhome, Austin provided us with all the information that we needed to move ahead with our plan. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Austin is the feeling that he always let us make the big decisions in the process and that he always considered our best interest no matter how long it took us. Where do I start? Austin is an incredible realtor, person, and now friend. He found out that my DOG wouldn’t be allowed in the building I wanted to buy in because of the bylaws, so he went and got permission from the Strata Council to amend the bylaws to allow our beloved dog to live there with us. I really have no idea how he did it. All I know is that the president of the Strata Council said it was fine to have the dog there. Also, he took me out looking all over North Vancouver at apartments for a month straight until I found out that I may not be able to afford one there. He was as cool as a cucumber about the situation, introduced me to New Westminster, and we found a place that I loved. So I bought it. Again, we must have looked at 20 places in New Westminster and not once did Austin make us feel pressured to buy. He showed me all the comparables that I needed to see to make an informed decision about my offer, so I was confident with my offer. At times I called him asking how he put up with me. He said that he wasn’t frustrated at all with me and that he was here to make me happy no matter how long it took. Go with Austin folks……give the guy a chance, you’ll be happy you did.
