- Yes, late 2 nights ago I wrote an offer on a condo unit in Roche Point for my Buyers before the place even hit the MLS XCHANGE. Since that time, the listing realtor has informed me that he has received about a dozen calls with people and realtors who are interested. I'm pretty happy with the timing of this offer as it allowed my clietns to avoid any kind of multiple offer situation that would have come up if we hesitated on making the offer. More important, my clients seem very pleased that they got in there before anyone else....Heres to driving by the area and looking for new signs on the building ( Cheers! ) - Austin Gangur...
